The agreement includes plans for three Ford’s Garage locations in the area looking at cities including, Davenport, Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, and Des Moines.
The first Iowa location is expected to open within the next 12 months, with additional restaurants planned to follow over a five-year development timeline. Quad Assembly LLC is a newly formed venture between Conatser and three other local entrepreneurs with deep roots in the restaurant industry. Conatser brings more than two decades of experience as a Little Caesars franchisee, currently operating locations across Iowa and Illinois.
“After 21 years with Little Caesars, I began looking for an opportunity to grow with another brand, and Ford’s Garage immediately stood out,” said Conatser. “I’m originally from Detroit, so Ford has always had a special place in my heart.
