May 22, 2026 // Franchising.com // OGDENSBURG, N.Y. – Buffalo Wild Wings GO is bringing its fast, order-ahead wing experience to New York’s North Country on Wednesday, May 27, with the opening of its newest restaurant at 1111 Champlain St.
The location marks the first Buffalo Wild Wings GO in Ogdensburg and all of St. Lawrence County, giving residents and visitors a new spot for wings, sandwiches and shareable favorites just minutes from the St. Lawrence River and the Ogdensburg-Prescott International Bridge connecting the U.S. and Canada.
To celebrate the grand opening, the restaurant will host a ceremonial ribbon-cutting at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 29, along with sauce samplings and giveaways happening throughout the afternoon for guests to enjoy. Additionally, local 80’s hit station, B99.3 will be onsite from 10 a.m. to noon doing a live radio remote.
Owned and operated by franchisee Greg Wood, the restaurant is the first B-Dubs location in his portfolio and introduces the brand’s streamlined off-premise concept to the Maple City. Guests can expect to enjoy value offerings, including wing-and-fries bundles and the customizable Pick 6 Meal for Two, starting at $19.99. Designed for sharing, the meal includes two entrées, two sides and two beverages, with optional upgrades available.
Built around speed and convenience, BWW GO focuses on fan-favorite menu items, including traditional and boneless wings, chicken sandwiches, wraps, burgers, fries and sides paired with a wide range of signature sauces and dry rubs. Guests can place orders ahead for quick pickup, making it an easy stop for busy weeknights, road-warrior travelers and gatherings along the city’s scenic riverfront trails.
“Ogdensburg has a personality all its own with the riverfront, the international traffic coming through town and the strong sense of community you feel here,” said Greg Wood. “We wanted to bring in something that fits the pace of the area and gives people another reliable option, whether they’re grabbing lunch during the workday, picking up dinner after a walk along the trail or meeting up with friends to catch a game. This first restaurant is an opportunity to build relationships while also creating local job opportunities.”
The restaurant is also actively hiring approximately 15 additional team members for a variety of front- and back-of-house positions, including cooks and cashiers. Interested applicants can apply in person at the restaurant.
