Located directly across from the Logan Square Blue Line station at 2620 N Milwaukee Ave., the newest cafe will officially open its doors on June 27 with a Grand Opening celebration where guests can enjoy 50% off entire orders all day long.
To celebrate the grand opening, the Logan Square Tropical Smoothie Cafe team will give away 10,000 free smoothies throughout the local community leading up to and following opening day. As part of the initiative, local businesses throughout Logan Square can sign up to receive complimentary smoothie drop-offs for their teams through the request form.
Chicago-area Tropical Smoothie Cafe franchisees Cesar Coronado and Marion Sullivan own and operate the Logan Square location in addition to 11 other cafes throughout Chicagoland, including locations in Streeterville, The Loop, South Loop, and Evanston. With additional Chicagoland cafes already in development, the duo continues expanding the brand’s footprint across the market.

With no other Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations in the immediate area, the new location is positioned to become a go-to destination for better-for-you food and smoothies. Guests can enjoy the brand’s tropical-inspired menu featuring made-to-order smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, flatbreads, and quesadillas. The offerings deliver a convenient option for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or an afternoon snack. Franchisees Coronado and Sullivan also plan to play an active role in the local community by partnering with neighborhood organizations and supporting local programs.
The entire Logan Square community, along with Tropical Smoothie Cafe fans old and new, are encouraged to join in the celebration during the Grand Opening.
