NEW YORK, Sept. 30, 2026 // PRNewswire // -- PVOLVE, the fitness franchise transforming the way people build strength, mobility and stability for movement longevity, is continuing its growth with the opening of new studios in Granger, Indiana; Bel Air, Maryland; and San Francisco, California.
The Granger studio is owned by Lynn Haberland, a lifelong advocate for wellness who was drawn to PVOLVE's connection to functional medicine and believes the method fills an important need in her community.
Denyele Fiacco is bringing PVOLVE to Bel Air after being inspired by the brand's philosophy, leadership and personal results.
The San Francisco studio is co-owned by Lupita Romero and Venetia Vonich, who discovered PVOLVE while seeking fitness solutions that supported mobility, strength and overall wellness.
"These openings reflect the broad appeal of the PVOLVE Method and the incredible franchise owners who are helping bring it to more communities across the country," said PVOLVE President Julie Cartwright. "Whether they come from healthcare, wellness or corporate leadership backgrounds, each of these owners shares a belief in our mission to help people move better, get stronger and prioritize their long-term health."
As PVOLVE continues to expand nationwide, the brand remains focused on delivering a differentiated fitness experience focused on transforming the body, while also improving movement longevity for its members. This differentiation is how the brand is able to attract and retain members locally, creating a powerful business model for franchise owners across North America.
PVOLVE is the first clinically proven Movement Longevity company, built on a Method that integrates the three pillars of longevity training: strength, mobility, and stability into every class. Its signature Functional Weight Training and Sculpt workouts use proprietary resistance tools and weights to transform the physique while helping women move better, longer. Founded by Rachel Katzman in 2017, PVOLVE is backed by a Clinical Advisory Board of physicians and trainers with expertise in physiology and biomechanics. Jennifer Aniston officially partnered with PVOLVE in 2023 after experiencing transformative results, calling the Method "a game changer." PVOLVE's hybrid model brings its Method to women through digital streaming and boutique studios, with more than 45 locations open across North America and 50+ additional studios in development.
