PJ’s Coffee Brews Up New Flavors For The Holidays

Santa’s Sugar Cookie Latte and Snow-Capped Pomegranate Energy bring a sweet twist and refreshing spark to the menu

November 03, 2026 // Franchising.com // NEW ORLEANS – The season’s sweetest traditions arrive at PJ’s Coffee on Nov. 4, where two new creations — a sugar cookie-inspired latte and a sparkling pomegranate energy drink — meet the returning fan-favorite Peppermint Bark beverages for a limited time.

From the aroma of fresh-from-the-oven cookies to the cool, chocolatey crunch of peppermint bark, the lineup draws inspiration from treats that make this time of year special:

“Holiday traditions often start with the flavors we look forward to year after year, and we wanted to bring that sense of nostalgia to the PJ’s Coffee menu,” said Reid Nolte, executive vice president of marketing for PJ’s Coffee. “Whether you’re sharing a cup of coffee with friends or enjoying a sugar cookie or peppermint bark with family, familiar flavors have a way of bringing people together. We enjoy putting our own spin on those favorites while creating combinations that give guests a new reason to stop by.”

Just in time for the winter season, the holiday menu will be available through Jan. 6 at PJ’s Coffee locations nationwide and through the mobile app.

About PJ’s Coffee

Phyllis Jordan, a pioneer in the coffee industry, founded PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans in 1978 and demonstrated that better beans, superior roasting techniques and pure passion for the art of coffee-making mattered. In 2008, the company was purchased by New Orleans natives and brothers Paul, Steven, and Scott Ballard. PJ’s Coffee serves a wide variety of hot, iced and frozen coffee beverages using only the best quality Arabica coffee beans, as well as organic tea and fresh breakfast pastries. PJ’s Original Cold Brew™ Iced Coffee is brewed daily using a special cold-drip process that protects the flavor and strength of the beans while producing a coffee that is two-thirds less acidic — a process and technique developed by its founder and used for more than 45 years at all PJ’s locations. Bags of whole-bean coffee and single-serve cups of PJ’s Coffee are available for sale in-store and online. With more than 185 operating stores, including four international locations, PJ’s Coffee continues to grow in the U.S. and abroad.
