Through the program, Penn Station helped provide 3,491 meals to people struggling with hunger.
One Case • One Meal provides meals in partnership with Feeding America. Since coming on board with Elara, Penn Station’s purchases have helped to provide a total of 11,536 meals to people struggling with hunger.
“Food insecurity has grown due to COVID-19, and Elara’s partnership Feeding America allows brands like Penn Station to do a small part to make a difference,” said Craig Dunaway, president of Penn Station East Coast Subs. “Their mission to end hunger is a wonderful cause that we are happy to continue to support.”
Cincinnati-based Penn Station East Coast Subs serves an assortment of hot and cold deli sandwiches, including the chain’s renowned Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwich, wraps and salads made to order with high-quality ingredients. The menu also includes fresh-cut fries, hand-squeezed lemonade and chocolate chunk cookies baked daily in the restaurant.
