The seasonal specials run through Easter and were inspired by two favorite dessert flavors. They include Blueberry Cobbler Pancakes and Chocolate Praline Pancakes, plus a Blueberry Mimosa.
“Our guests have come to know and love us for many things, but our specialty pancakes are always one of the most popular dishes on our seasonal menus,” said Ricky Richardson, CEO of Eggs Up Grill. “We reimagined popular dessert flavors, turning them into what we are sure will be everyone’s favorite brunch treats. These great tasting items are guaranteed smile-makers, which is always our number-one job.”
Richardson adds that guests often visit their local Eggs Up Grill to spend time with friends and family, and what better way to mark all of the upcoming celebrations this time of year than with pancakes hot-off-the-griddle and refreshing mimosas.
The Blueberry Cobbler Pancakes are a fusion of a classic blueberry cobbler and Eggs Up Grill’s buttermilk pancakes. The fluffy, golden-brown pancakes have fresh blueberries and a crispy pie crumble griddled into the batter. They are topped with more berries and a dollop of sweet, whipped cream. For guests wanting a chocolatey treat, the Chocolate Praline Pancakes are sure to please. Milk chocolate morsels and candied praline pecans fill every bite of the buttermilk pancakes. It’s all topped off with a caramel drizzle. Guests can add a new Blueberry Mimosa to round out their meal. The sparkling wine and hint of blueberry combine for a perfect drink. It’s available by the glass or as a carafe.
Eggs Up Grill offers seasonal items and its full menu for dine-in or order online for takeout or delivery. Menu categories include omelets and benedicts prepared with fresh, hand-cracked eggs, pancakes, waffles and breakfast sandwiches and a selection of mimosas. Lunch choices include juicy burgers, tasty sandwiches, melts, salads and bowls. The menu also offers gluten-friendly options and a kids’ menu. The full menu is available open to close. All locations are individually owned and operated by a local member of the community.
