During the next 35 years, he created five different restaurant concepts. Ready for another success, Lou set out to create something unique – not just another wing, burger or pizza place. He launched Angry Crab Shack in 2013 in Mesa, AZ. This concept had a vibrant, memorable dining environment and could offer high-quality seafood at a more affordable price. The simplicity and bold flavors in Asian food attracted Lou. He was able to combine Cajun- and Asian-inspired seafood, affordable prices and strategic real estate practices into the franchise they operate today.
