Schlotzsky’s Most Successful Promotion is Back to Rule the Roost Through Aug. 26

AUSTIN, Texas – The hippest chicks in the fast-casual scene are back for an encore!

Schlotzsky’s® Hip Chick Trio is back for a return gig, now through Aug. 26, 2012. This crowd-pleasing promotion features three of Schlotzsky’s most popular chicken sandwiches: the Chicken Bacon Smokecheesy, the Chicken Cordon bleu, and the Fiesta Chicken.

“Our guests enjoy this chicken trio so much that we’re bringing them back for a third year,” said Schlotzsky’s President Kelly Roddy, adding that this is the company’s most successful limited-time offer. “With three very different chicken sandwiches for guests to indulge in, there’s sure to be a sandwich in this promo for just about everyone. The Hip Chick Trio sandwiches include:

• Chicken Bacon Smokecheesy Sandwich:
  Complete with shaved chicken, smoked cheddar cheese, crispy bacon strips and fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onions, topped off with tasty chipotle mayonnaise and served on Schlotzsky’s signature Fresh-from-Scratch® sourdough buns.
• Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich:
  Features shaved chicken combined with lean shaved ham, crispy bacon strips, savory Swiss cheese and tangy yellow mustard, all nestled between two famous, toasted sourdough buns and served with a side of zesty Dijon-honey mustard dipping sauce.
• Fiesta Chicken Sandwich:
  With roasted chicken breast, smoked-cheddar cheese, black olives, roasted-red bell peppers and fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onions all topped with tasty chipotle mayonnaise and served on kickin’ jalapeño cheese buns.
