Seasoned Quiznos Franchisee and Family Physician Partner to Grow Rally's® Across Indianapolis

Former Quiznos Franchisee Sells 11-Year-Old Store for Opportunity with Rally's

Tampa, FL. (PRWEB) October 13, 2014 - Checkers and Rally's Restaurants, Inc. (Rally's®), continues to attract business savvy-entrepreneurs from all industry backgrounds to join its fast-growing team. The latest members to join the brand are Jaswant Singh and Ashish Thapar, who are slated to open their first restaurant together in Indianapolis by summer of 2015.

Thapar and Singh will be combining their strengths to open at least three Rally's restaurants together over the next three years. Singh has been a business owner since 1992, when he independently built and operated restaurants and a real estate company in New York before running a restaurant in South Carolina, and then Florida. Following, Singh relocated to Indianapolis and opened a Quzinos, a real estate office, and a gas station/convenience store company.

"I see great growth opportunities with Rally's, and am excited about joining the brand," Singh said. "While I had a great time serving the community with Quiznos, I decided to sell the 11-year-old store so that I could focus my attention on ensuring the success of Rally's."

Singh's partner, Thapar, joins the brand with considerable experience as a business owner and investor. He and his partners run a thriving medical practice in the Indianapolis area, and he is now eager to embark on a new adventure with Rally's, an opportunity that he had been interested in for a few years.

"It's difficult to find a brand with better value than Rally's," Thapar said. "I also did a lot of research into the background of the brand, and I really liked the level of involvement from top level executives within the company—there's a lot of input and support from the corporate team."
