Ziggi’s Coffee Signs Agreement to Bring Additional Units to Arizona

Franchisees Discover a New Adventure with Business Ownership

February 12, 2020 // Franchising.com // LONGMONT, COLO. - Ziggi’s Coffee (www.ZiggisCoffee.com) announces a new multi-unit deal to bring additional locations to Arizona. Local residents of Peoria, Arizona, a Northwest suburb of Phoenix, Paul Okonoski and his wife, Stephanie have signed a franchise agreement to bring three locations to the area.

Paul was at a crossroads in life after being laid off from his job last November but when the outplacement firm held an online webinar about franchising, Paul discovered a new path for himself and his family.

“I never even thought I had the ability to own a business,” said Paul. “After learning about the different financing options from the webinar, I realized this was something I could do. Stephanie and I reached out to a franchise broker who introduced us to Ziggi’s and the stars just aligned.”

A self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur and morning person, Paul was immediately drawn to Ziggi’s Coffee and got the process started quickly. After a trip to Colorado, where the company is based, he and Stephanie sealed the deal.

“When we met the Ziggi’s team, they just blew our minds,” said Paul. “They are nice, trustworthy, honest people with an excellent product and a great company. It wasn’t more than a few minutes after meeting them and we were like, ‘where do we sign?’”

Throughout the education process, Paul and Stephanie had the opportunity to speak with Ziggi’s Coffee franchisees who took time to answer their questions and help them feel confident in their decision. They also visited the company’s exclusive roaster, Coda Coffee, which has facilities in both Colorado and Arizona.

Paul and Stephanie are currently working with the company’s real estate team to find the perfect site for their location and are looking forward to introducing Ziggi’s Coffee to their community.

This is the 42nd agreement for the company, which specializes in fast, friendly service from its signature café and drive thru locations.
