New Shaken Espresso flavors debut alongside the limited-time rewards experience

Designed to reward consistency rather than one-time transactions, Season of Love offers a fresh take on traditional Valentine’s Day promotions. Instead of one-day deals, the experience encourages repeat visits by turning everyday Ziggi’s runs into moments that feel personal, cumulative and worth returning for.

“Season of Love is about loyalty as an emotional connection, not just a transaction,” said Andy Linke, Vice President of Marketing at Ziggi’s Coffee. “We wanted to recognize the guests who choose us again and again by making every visit valuable.”

Running Feb. 3 through Feb. 14, Season of Love invites Ziggi’s Reward members to earn layered rewards as visits add up - from an early buy-one-get-one beverage reward to surprise sweet treats, bonus loyalty points and free drinks. The experience also includes bonus rewards tied to simple behaviors, such as afternoon visits, where guests can receive exclusive, limited-edition Season of Love stickers, adding a playful, collectible element beyond the morning rush.

As part of the Season of Love experience, Ziggi’s is also introducing Shaken Espresso beverages to its menu for the first time. Made by shaking freshly pulled espresso with milk and ice, Shaken Espresso delivers a smooth, creamy texture and bold espresso flavor, finished with indulgent toppings for an elevated twist on a classic coffee drink.

The new lineup features:

• Brown Sugar White Chocolate Shaken Espresso: Espresso shaken with milk, layered with brown sugar and white chocolate flavors, then topped with white chocolate drizzle and cinnamon brown sugar sprinkles. Starting at $4.80. Price may vary by location.
• Coconut Caramel Shaken Espresso: Espresso shaken with milk, blended with caramel and coconut flavors, and finished with chocolate drizzle and toasted coconut flakes. Starting at $4.80. Price may vary by location.

Guests who try Shaken Espresso during Season of Love can earn bonus loyalty points through Ziggi’s Rewards, giving them even more reason to explore something new while participating in the experience.

Season of Love is available exclusively to Ziggi’s Rewards members at participating locations. Guests must use their loyalty account at each visit to earn rewards.
