Hawaiian Bros Expands in St. Louis, Debuts 75th Systemwide Restaurant Operating in Partnership with CloudKitchens

March 17, 2026 // Franchising.com // ST. LOUIS — Hawaiian Bros Island Grill (Hawaiian Bros) has announced its continued expansion with a new ghost kitchen serving St. Louis.

The new Hawaiian Bros will officially open on March 2 and will be the company’s first ghost kitchen location in the Gateway City. In partnership with the restaurant solutions service CloudKitchens, which already operates several locations in tandem with the brand, the new restaurant will offer its full menu to guests ordering through the Hawaiian Bros website or via third-party delivery.

Joining three Hawaiian Bros restaurants now open across the St. Louis market, in Florissant and O’Fallon, Missouri, and Edwardsville, Illinois, this ghost kitchen is projected to serve both new and existing customers. The location will be the 75th Hawaiian Bros restaurant operating nationwide and 11th active ghost kitchen with CloudKitchens.

The Hawaiian Bros menu is intentionally simple and prepared without freezers, fryers, or microwaves, enabling consistent execution, operational efficiency and a focus on the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. Hawaiian Bros delivers island-inspired flavors featuring juicy chicken or pork glazed with sweet, savory, or spicy sauces, paired with a bed of fluffy steamed white rice and macaroni salad or vegetables.
