The New Franchise Leadership & Growth Conference Debuts in Atlanta October 14–16

In response to Covid-19, Franchise Update Media has created a new, dynamic conference that combines the best features of its Franchise Marketing Leadership Conference (FMLC) and its Franchise Leadership & Development Conference (FLDC). Scheduled for October 14–16 in Atlanta, the new Franchise Leadership & Growth Conference will bring franchising’s top C-suite, marketing, and sales and development executives together for an opportunity to learn from each other and develop the most effective growth strategies and best practices for success in the post–Covid-19 era.

The new hybrid conference will focus on the mission-critical roles that both franchise sales and development executives and marketing leaders will play post–Covid-19. The event will focus on the most effective ways franchisors are driving system growth as the economy recovers, with an emphasis on franchisee revenue growth and new unit openings. The agenda will feature well-defined tracks with content specific to both marketing and sales executives – an interdepartmental opportunity to come together for education and much-needed inspiration.

“In speaking with franchisors, their top priorities in the coming recovery are igniting business growth for their franchisees and reaching prospects to expand their system. It is more important than ever for marketing and development teams to work together to facilitate growth,” said Therese Thilgen, CEO of Franchise Update Media. “We’ve created this conference to help both teams collaborate more closely than ever to elevate their leadership and support their franchisees and prospects as we move to a new normal.”

Conference planners have been soliciting input from the advisory boards of both conferences to create an agenda most relevant to attendees. Blending the two conferences into a single event will help franchise executives build stronger brands as they look ahead to 2021 and beyond.

The Franchise Leadership & Growth Conference (FLGC) will take place in familiar territory October 14–16 at the InterContinental Buckhead Hotel in Atlanta.
