Having received a call for help from an elderly and disabled neighbor back in 2003, they did not hesitate to help her while her daughter was away. This was a turning point in their lives - they knew exactly what they wanted to do. In 2004 they opened the doors to their home care business so that they could provide the full range of in-home care services to individuals and families. They also discovered that caring for a family member is not easy, nor is it something most family members are prepared to do. The burdens of family caregiving can lead to resentment, burnout, and friction among family members. Since their founding, Executive Home Care's mission is to provide compassionate quality in-home care services to their clients so that they can remain safe and independent in the comfort of their own home.
