VILLA ENTERPRISES CONTINUES TO GROW ITS GREEN LEAF’S AND BANANAS CONCEPTS

MORRISTOWN, NJ – Villa Enterprises and affiliates, one of the nations fastest growing multi-concept franchisors, is proud to anounce the addition of two of its newest concepts, Green Leaf’s (sm) and Bananas®, to Brandon Town Center, a Westfield Mall located inBrandon, Florida. The Grand Opening daApril 10, 2006.

Green Leaf’s goes “Beyond Great Salads,” with Grilled Panini Sandwiches, Delicious Wraps, and Hearty Soups as well as Fresh
Tossed “Pick & Mix” Salads and their new Signature Salads line. The Bananas concept offers Refreshing Fruit Smoothies & Frosties, along with Non-Fat Frozen Yogurt, which all adds up to a better fast food alternative for the health conscious consumer.

Louis & Partners, a design firm based out of Ohio, was hired by Villa Enterprises to assist in shaping the perception of its brands through the development of strategic, objective-based design solutions. The restaurants come complete with large food murals that are sure to whet any appetite.

“We are very excited with the opening of our second Green Leaf’s and Bananas. Our vision is to see ten more locations open over the next 12 months,” says Adam Torine, Vice President of Business Development for Villa Enterprises. Additionally, “Look for the opening of a third location at Albany Airport this summer.”

In the past five years, Villa Enterprises and its affiliates have more than doubled in size. Villa Enterprise and its affiliates now have a total of 300 stores in 38 states and 6 countries with approximately 60 percent of the locations being corporately managed. In addition to Villa and Cozzoli’s Pizza®, Villa Enterprises and it affiliates operate Casa Java (sm) and the Everything Yogurt Brands, which include Green Leaf’s, Bananas® and South Philly Steaks & Fries®.
