Ruby Tuesday Now Brings Its Fresh Garden Bar To You

(Wednesday, February 28, 2007) - Ruby Tuesday,
Inc. (NYSE: RI), one of the nation's leading casual dining restaurant
companies, is now delivering a version of its famous garden-fresh
salad bar as part of its catering program. The Delivered Fresh Garden
Bar is a smaller version of Ruby Tuesday's signature Garden Bar that
is set up by Ruby Tuesday catering employees at businesses,
physicians' offices, community events, and other gatherings.
The catered salad bar has a presentation similar to that at the
restaurant and offers many of the same choices of fresh salad greens
and other produce, along with familiar toppings and dressings. It
serves up to 15 guests and is now available from all Ruby Tuesday
restaurants.
"It is a unique point of difference from other restaurant
offerings and very convenient," said Rick Johnson, Senior Vice
President of Ruby Tuesday. "Being able to deliver our garden-fresh
salad bar with so many choices and combinations is a great plus, and
we think it's going to be more and more popular," he added.
Guests can select a regular Delivered Fresh Garden Bar or a
premium Delivered Fresh Garden Bar, which includes more salad items.
Add-ons such as shrimp, chicken, or cookies may also be included for
an additional charge. The set-up comes complete with utensils, plates,
napkins - everything needed at the location of your choice.
Six years ago, Ruby Tuesday launched its Curbside To Go program,
which now accounts for approximately 6 to 7 percent of the company's
sales. "Making food available for guests to enjoy outside our dining
rooms is part of our ongoing initiatives to better serve our guests
and make their lives a little easier," Johnson said. "It's a
continually evolving process of offering our fresh, great-tasting food
in more ways in more locations."
