Quiznos Names Steve Provost Executive Vice President And Chief Marketing Officer

DENVER, CO - 5 March, 2007 - Quiznos, one of the nation's fastest-growing quick service restaurant chains, today announced the appointment of Steve Provost to Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, effective March 26, 2007. Mr. Provost will report directly to Greg Brenneman, Quiznos CEO, President and Partner.

"Steve's background and expertise in brand building at Yum! will bring critical skills to improving the marketing and brand building at Quiznos. I am thrilled to have him on our team," said Mr. Brenneman. "Quiznos has always had great food; however many consumers have not yet discovered this incredible brand. Steve will lead a focused effort to drive sales in our current restaurants through industry leading food and world-class marketing. He will also help the management team as we grow the brand in new geographies and channels."

Mr. Provost will be responsible for building the brand in national and international arenas. Some of his duties will include: determining overall brand messaging; managing advertising and the firms' external creative relationships; and building a marketing strategy that will attract guests. Additionally, Mr. Provost will be responsible for maintaining innovation in the Quiznos product development pipeline as well as regular menu review based on market demand and franchise profitability assessments.

Mr. Provost comes to Quiznos from Yum! Brand, Inc.'s A&W and Long John Silver's where he worked as Chief Marketing and Food Innovation Officer. During his 18 years with Yum!, he held a number of strategic roles for Kentucky Fried Chicken including operations, franchise support, concept development, marketing and public relations. He also worked with George Bush Sr. as a speech writer, and with a number of other political figures for strategic communications.
