Minneapolis, MN (April 9, 2007)â€"SeaMaster Cruises, a home-based solution for entrepreneurs interested in building a cruise-only travel business, has demonstrated for the second year in a row that its franchise owners are not only satisfied with the program â€" theyâ€™re elated. SeaMaster Cruises placed 24th out of more than 300 overall franchised businesses in an in-depth survey commissioned earlier this year by Franchise Business Reviewâ„¢, and received an Honorable Mention in the Travel & Hospitality sector. The results are all the more impressive when one considers that franchise owners from an additional 100 companies were surveyed this year â€" and yet SeaMaster Cruises remained in the top 25.

Franchise Business Review surveyed just over two-thirds (67%) of all SeaMaster Cruises franchise owners on five specific criteria: Training & Support, Franchise System, Franchisor Relationship, Financial Opportunity and Overall Satisfaction. SeaMaster Cruises franchise owners were asked to rate their program using a five-point scale (5=excellent, 4=very good, 3=good, 2=average and 1=poor). According to the Franchise 50, SeaMaster Cruises franchise owners gave their program the following scores:

Franchise owners also responded how strongly they agreed or disagreed with a series of statements about the franchisor. There were three specific topics on which SeaMaster Cruises placed especially strong: Ninety-three percent of franchise owners agreed or strongly agreed that SeaMaster Cruises is knowledgeable of their business and supportive of all their needs; 91% responded that senior management and support staff are easily accessible and responsive to problems; and it was unanimous as a whopping 100% agreed or strongly agreed that SeaMaster Cruises encourages honesty and a high standard of business ethics throughout the organization.
