Family Restaurant Franchise Friendly's Restaurant Opens In Phillipsburg, New Jersey

New Restaurant Serves Delicious Burgers, Melts and Ice Cream Creations

WILBRAHAM, MA (May 15, 2007) -- Friendly's Restaurants celebrates the opening of a new franchised restaurant in Phillipsburg, New Jersey located on Route 22 East, in front of the Phillipsburg Mall. The restaurant opened on Monday, May 14, 2007. The hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday.

The restaurant is owned by Revere Restaurant Group, Incorporated. Bob Bender, Owner, says, "This is our first restaurant in New Jersey so we are excited to be serving the people in this area. The restaurant is located in front of the mall so we welcome all mall shoppers to come in and enjoy some delicious food and ice cream before or after shopping."

Guests at the Phiilipsburg Friendly's can enjoy some old-time Friendly's favorites like Big Beef®s or Fribble®s or try one of the new delicious burgers, including, the new Chicago Firehouse Burger, Honey BBQ Burger or the Tomato Pesto Provolone Burger. Guests can also top off their meal with a sundae from the mouth-watering ice cream menu, which includes the delicious Reese's Peanut Butter Cup™ Sundae or the new Forbidden Fudge Brownie Sundae.

The restaurant employs approximately 95 full and part-time people. Linda Lee, the General Manager of the new restaurant, has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
