Jennifer Jackenthal, President and Co-founder of Salt Lake City based company, My Girlfriend's Kitchen, has been named one of the 2007 30 Women to Watch in Utah Business Magazine. Approximately 150 candidates were vying for this honor, according to Jacob Moon, Managing Editor of Utah Business Magazine, "We had more than 130 nominations come in and internally we compiled a list of about 20 women who are standouts in the local business community."
