CARROLLTON, Texas, May 23 // PRNewswire // -- Carlson Restaurants Worldwide Inc., parent company of T.G.I. Friday's® and Pick Up Stix® restaurants, today announced the promotion of Amy Freshwater to Vice President, Communication and Public Relations, Carlson Restaurants Worldwide.
