Clockwork Home Services Appoints Tom Johnson to Its Franchise Sales Team

SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clockwork Home Services, Inc. (Clockwork), a leading provider of home services, has named industry veteran Tom Johnson to the position of Team Lead in the company's Franchise Support Team. Mr. Johnson's appointment is effective immediately and he will be based in the company's Sarasota, FL, headquarters. He will report to Clockwork's Vice President of Franchise Operations, Denise Swafford.

Mr. Johnson will oversee guiding Clockwork's new franchise owners through the adoption of the company's best business practices. Clockwork's Franchise Support Team provides additional training, advisory services, and access to business consultants to new franchisees.

A veteran of the home services industry with more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Johnson has owned and operated his own successful plumbing business, as well as provided leadership in senior management positions for major home services organizations. Before joining Clockwork, Mr. Johnson was Regional Manager for a large residential services organization, where he contributed to a 25% annual increase in the company's sales and profits during each of his last four years. Prior to that, Mr. Johnson served as Director of Plumbing Operations for a major plumbing services company, where he was responsible for managing 100 franchisees and 35 corporate-owned plumbing firms.
