Franchisee Group OrriKaz, LLC to Open Five Restaurants in Bexar County

Memphis, TN – Lenny's Sub Shop today announced that a third franchise group will become part of the Lenny's Sub Shop system in San Antonio. OrriKaz, LLC partners Mihran Kazazian, Robert S. Orrison III and Erin Orrison have been granted the rights to open five restaurants in Bexar County. Their first restaurant will open at Callaghan Road and Interstate 10 this summer.

"We decided to get involved with Lenny's because of the quality of food, the customer service and the simplicity of the concept," said Erin Orrison. "San Antonio is the perfect market for us, with Lenny's Sub Shops already there and plenty of room for growth. We are looking forward to opening our first restaurant this year."

OrriKaz partners have combined experience in retail and foodservice that will bring both QSR skills and knowledge to the operation. Erin Orrison is the daily operating partner.

San Antonio currently has two operating restaurants in the market. Franchisee Kamlesh Patel owns Lenny's #84 on Babcock Road and franchisee Mac Reed owns Lenny's #565 on Blanco Road.

Len and Sheila Moore opened the original Lenny's Sub Shop, a genuine Philadelphia-style sub shop with fresh baked bread and the finest quality deli meat and cheese, in a Memphis suburb in 1998. Lenny's Franchisor Chief Executive Officer George Alvord and private investors acquired ownership of the company from Len Moore in 2004. Lenny's has granted franchises in 19 states from California to Virginia.

Recently, Lenny's has opened several restaurants in new markets, including West Palm Beach, FL, Dallas, TX and Portage, MI. In addition they have sold multi-restaurant packages in several states, including California, Indiana, Virginia, Ohio, Michigan and Kansas. Lenny's Sub Shop has hundreds of restaurants sold and opening over the next several years.
