Coverall Cleaning Concepts Names Support Centers of the Year

Tampa, Baltimore & Osaka Support Centers Earn Top Honors from Franchisor

BOCA RATON, FL (July 2nd, 2007) — Coverall Cleaning Concepts, one of the world's largest providers of commercial cleaning services, announced today that it has awarded 2006 Support Center of the Year honors to its sales and service Support Centers in Tampa, FL, Baltimore, MD, and Osaka, Japan. The recognition is based on the cumulative performance of each Support Center and the franchise locations it supports, including new franchise and account sales, account retention and growth. The three winners were selected from the company's 90 Support Centers worldwide.

The Tampa Support Center was recognized as Regional Support Center of the Year for the second year in a row, in part because of a significant expansion of the customer base in its territory from 1,300 to 1,500 accounts during 2006. The Tampa Support Center opened in 1990, manages 180 Coverall Cleaning Concepts Franchise Owners in the Tampa metropolitan area, and supports a mix of general office, retail and healthcare clients under the leadership of Divisional Director Brian Otero.

The Baltimore Support Center was also a repeat winner, earning Master Support Center of the Year kudos for the third consecutive year for consistently high performance. The Support Center opened in 1990, oversees 262 Coverall Cleaning Concepts Franchise Owners, and manages 1,025 customer accounts in the greater Baltimore area ranging from office buildings, banks, churches, schools and day care facilities to the Fort McHenry National Monument. It operates under the leadership of Master Franchise Owner Tom Gilliland and Regional Director Mike Ward.

The Osaka Support Center in Japan was named International Support Center of the year for its unbeatable servicing of its 2,995 customer accounts under the direction of Franchise Owner Matsui-san and President Oda-san. Since opening its doors in May 1996, this Support Center has won this award 4 previous times and has continually proven its dedication to the franchise system. As of May 2007, the Support Center manages 177 Franchise Owners in Osaka and the surrounding areas
