New Billboard Connection Franchise Opens in Coconut Creek

Before becoming a franchise owner, Rivera was a city letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service for 13 years. "Discovering Billboard Connection came at a perfect time in my life because I've always been looking for a good business opportunity," says Rivera.
