Dynamic Growth Partners Opens Fifth Fort Lauderdale Area Restaurant

Memphis, TN – Lenny's Sub Shops today announced that South Florida franchisee group Dynamic Growth Partners (DGP), former Fortune 500 retail executives, opened another Lenny's Sub Shop at 1101 S. Powerline Road on June 25, 2007. DGP partners Jerry Colley, Tru Hall, Bill McCawley and Jim Pettit now own nine Lenny's Sub Shops in South Florida. Additional restaurants are located in Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Tampa, Clearwater, Boynton Beach, and Delray Beach.

DGP will open their 10th restaurant in South Florida in July in Tamarac. Additional restaurants are opening soon in West Palm Beach, Lighthouse Point, and Sunrise.

In April 2005, DGP became Lenny's largest franchisee group when they purchased the rights to open 123 restaurants in 15 South Florida counties (Brevard, Broward, Collier, Hillsborough, Indian River, Lee, Manatee, Martin, Orange, Osceola, Palm Beach, Pinellas, Polk, St. Lucie and Volusia) and two existing restaurants in Tampa. They also purchased two existing restaurants in Ft. Lauderdale.

Len and Sheila Moore opened the original Lenny's Sub Shop, a genuine Philadelphia-style sub shop with fresh baked bread and the finest quality deli meat and cheese, in a Memphis suburb in 1998. Lenny's Franchisor Chief Executive Officer George Alvord and private investors acquired ownership of the company from Len Moore in 2004. Lenny's has granted more than 700 franchises in 18 states from California to Virginia.

Recently, Lenny's has opened several restaurants in new markets, including Roseville, CA, Avon, IN and Albuquerque, NM. In addition they have sold multi-restaurant packages in several states, including California, Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan. Lenny's is scheduled to open hundreds of restaurants in the next few years.
