Obee's Franchise Systems, Inc. Signs First Agreement For Metro - Dallas Marketplace

Port Charlotte, Fla., August 2, 2007 – Obee's Franchise Systems, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: OBFM) announced today that it has signed an agreement to open its first obee's ® soups salads & subs restaurant in the greater Dallas, Texas marketplace. Owsen Enterprises Inc., based in Irving, Texas completed the negotiations earlier this week, and has now started the process of determining where the company should open its first location.

Peter Brown, Obee's Franchising Systems, Inc. obee's® soups, salads & subs features a menu of both healthy and hearty items ranging from fresh garden salads to extra large, deli-style sub sandwiches. Each restaurant's décor his highlighted with a deli-style image which is carried through with freshly-sliced meats, cheeses and vegetables in each operation everyday.

Earlier this week OBFM announced that a new location is also set to open in the Greensburg, Pennsylvania area as part of the company's development plans in Pennsylvania. This is the first of twenty locations that the company has contracted for with that region's area developers for the three county territory of Westmoreland, Indiana and Cambria counties.
