Clockwork Home Services Reports Franchise Growth for First Half of 2007

Company Adds a Total of 47 New Plumbing and Air Conditioning & Heating Franchisees Across The Nation

SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clockwork Home Services, Inc. (Clockwork) today announced that a total of 47 new plumbing and air conditioning & heating franchisees joined the company during the first half of the year from January 1, 2007 through June 30, 2007.

For the first six months ended in June 2007, Clockwork reported the following growth for its Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating (One Hour) franchises:

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing added 22 new franchisees in the first six months of 2007 – an increase of 59% compared to the same period one year ago. Including these new franchisees, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing now has a total of 156 franchisees in 222 territories across the US. During the first six months in 2007, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing expanded into several new territories including Lexington, KY and San Antonio, TX.

One Hour added 25 new franchisees in the first six months of 2007 – an increase of 60% compared to the same period one year ago. Including these new franchisees, One Hour now has a total of 165 franchisees in 199 territories across the US. During the first six months in 2007, One Hour expanded into several new territories including Daytona Beach, FL and Salt Lake City, UT.
