Guests Place CiCi's Pizza at Top of the Charts with Real People Ratings

Customer Service Receives Top Marks for Seven Quarters Straight

August 10, 2007 (Coppell, Texas) — Guests who dine at CiCi's Pizza have scored their exceptional customer service as number one in the pizza category for seven straight quarters through Real People Ratings. Corporate Research International, which launched Real People Ratings in 2005, is a market research firm specializing in mystery shopping and customer satisfaction surveys. CiCi's has secured top ratings since the online opinion poll debuted.

"Our quality food and unparallel customer service are the core ingredients for our success," said Craig Moore, president and CEO of CiCi's Pizza. "These questionnaires offer an unbiased opinion on how we measure up against our competitors. Having another set of eyes view our restaurant and experience our inviting atmosphere helps us know how we are doing and where we need to improve."

Corporate Research International sends the quarterly surveys as online opinion polls to its pool of panelists. More than 3,000 panelists participated in this quarter's survey. Respondents were asked to rate their perception of each business's customer service on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest rating. If a respondent did not have experience with the business, the panelist did not enter a score for that establishment.

Founded in 1985, CiCi's Pizza is a family-oriented restaurant serving guests fresh pizza, pasta, salad and dessert, all you want for under $5.00.
