Pizza Fusion Partners with CB Richard Ellis for National Franchise Expansion

With 50 franchises already sold in six states, CBRE comes onboard with Pizza Fusion
as their exclusive site selector to facilitate their national franchise expansion

Fort Lauderdale, Fla., August 14, 2007 – Pizza Fusion, the leader in the organic restaurant sector and green business practices, recently announced their partnership with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) as their exclusive site selector for their national expansion. Pizza Fusion will be working closely with CBRE's Restaurant Specialty Practice Group to extend the scope of their existing markets and expand into new areas through comprehensive site selection, including the use of demographic mapping and capital market analysis.

"Pizza Fusion is the ideal, cutting edge client which brings a level of excitement and growth to the evolving green market place," Russell Barnett, Vice President and Executive Director of CBRE's Restaurant Specialty Practice Group, noted. "We welcome the opportunity to contribute to their growth and success."

In June CBRE announced a global green initiative to render all the facilities it occupies carbon neutral by 2010. In addition, it plans to encourage the owners of more than 1.7 billion square feet of building space that it manages to reduce energy use and carbon emissions at their facilities. CBRE is working with the Natural Resources Defense Council to engage clients in the implementation of energy savings technology and practices at the vast majority of its client-owned and client-operated properties around the world.

"CBRE is a perfect example of the type of businesses we're seeking to grow with," Michael Gordon, COO and co-founder of Pizza Fusion, explains. "Their industry leading concern for the environment and experience with LEED certification will be an asset to Pizza Fusion during the rapid growth we anticipate over the next five years. Additionally, by supporting environmentally conscious businesses, like CBRE, through strategic alliances with Pizza Fusion we're able to promote green business practices as a whole while furthering our ecological impact on the world."

Pizza Fusion recently incorporated LEED certification into their green business model making them the first franchise to include LEED into the build-out of their restaurants. Their first LEED certified restaurant is anticipated to open in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida towards the end of 2007 (making it the first LEED certified restaurant in Florida) followed by their Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania locations shortly thereafter.

Pizza Fusion's LEED certified restaurants will feature a number of unique, eco-efficient products, techniques and designs, including installing solar panels to provide solar power to their stores and eliminating the use of water heaters and air heating units by recycling heat from their ovens to warm their water and the restaurants themselves. Other eco-friendly store elements include countertops made from 100% recycled detergent bottles, bamboo flooring, 30% recaptured industrial concrete, ceiling panels made from 74% recycled aluminum cans and 24% post industrial metals, USG Gypsum Board made from pre-used drywall, bamboo veneer face covering for fixtures, ceiling baffles made from recycled composite board, low voltage and low heat lighting, seat cushions made with soybean oil and more.

Since launching their franchise program in February of this year, Pizza Fusion has sold 50 franchises in six states, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Georgia, Nevada and Florida. Pizza Fusion recently received approval to franchise in California, Oregon and Washington and is targeting these locations for their west coast expansion.
