Port Charlotte, Fla., – Obee's Franchise Systems, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: OBFM) announced today that it has recently renewed an Area Developer agreement for the State of New Mexico. The agreement is for a 40 store development agreement throughout the state of New Mexico with Mr. & Mrs. Dick Nassif, who currently operate two obee's® soups, salads & subs restaurants in Albuquerque.
