CiCi's Upgrades Virtual Community Tool for Franchise Owners

Continued IT Advances Enhance Communication Process

August 21, 2007 (Coppell, Texas) – CiCi's Pizza, one of the nation's fastest-growing pizza chains, recently redesigned their intranet site, MyCiCis.net, in the efforts to streamline the communication process and enhance information exchange between the franchise owners and the corporate team.

"MyCiCis.net provides essential tools, information and communication channels to better assist our franchise owners in running a successful restaurant," said Forbes Anderson, chief financial officer. "As we continue to strengthen the site with indispensable content, our vision is to create a virtual CiCi's community wherein franchise owners and operators will be supported via a highly interactive communication channel 24 hours a day, seven days a week."

The newly launched site features a wide range of tools and information updates, from personal email accounts for all franchise owners to new developments in training, operations, marketing, real estate and accounting. Next month, CiCi's will introduce a new section to the intranet which will feature easy to use and proven Local Store Marketing tools, trends and tactics. This addition was developed to help restaurants with the creation and execution of community programs and other local marketing efforts.
