Lasertech UK Launch Two New Franchise Systems
August 23, 2007 // Franchising.com // - Lasertech are officially launching a new and exciting franchise offering at the national franchise exhibition at the NEC Bimringham in october 2007
Lasertech have been franchising very successfully for the last 5 years and now have a network across Europe with more 85 franchise territories operating. Traditionally Lasertech have offered a management franchise that starts from home with a single van, allowing the franchisee to keep starting overheads low and profits high. As it is a business to business franchise there is no need for high street premises. Over time the franchisee grows and adds more vans to their territory and moves into industrial premises when the need arises. This very successful business plan enabled the franchisee to grow organically into their territory and allow them to be profitable from a very early stage.
However, Lasertech realise that a management franchise focussed on adding more vans and premises was not for everyone, some people just want a stable, growing income working for themselves. Lasertech also found that some very good people were missing out purely because they couldn't raise the finances required.
Now after nearly 12 months research into their market Lasertech have put together two new offerings that specifically cater for those two types of people.
"the creation of a separate operator and management franchise means our franchise is open to a wider audience of quality people" "it allows our franchisees to have a more focussed growth and enables Lasertech to provide more detailed support specifically designed for either the operator or management type franchisee"
The Lasertech Operator Franchise will in simple terms be an entry level version of the Lasertech Management Franchise. Emphasis for the operator will be on growing more business in a more local area. This allows the operator franchisee to work from home from a single van with small overheads, but still have all the usual support and management from Lasertech UK. The Operator Franchisee will also have the option if they wish to "upgrade" to a Management Franchisee and operate from premises, with staff and multiple vans. As a Management Franchisee the business is treated more like an investment and as such start with premises and staff from day one, this allows the business to grow quickly from a larger base and enable The Management Franchisee to get a larger return on investment.
The franchisee fee for The Lasertech Operator Franchise is £15,000 with a total investment of around £25,000. The Management Franchise fee is £39,000 with a total investment of around £55,000.
More detailed information on both franchise options can be found by contacting Lasertech directly or visiting them at stand M40 of the National Franchise Exhibition at the NEC in Birmingham.
