Obee's Franchise Systems, Inc. Starting Drive For New Franchisees – Prime Territories Ready For Expansion

(OTC Pink Sheets: OBFM) today announced that it is launching a new marketing program intended to rapidly expand its national base of obee's ® soups salads & subs restaurants. The multi-dimensional lead generation and sales program is designed to drive inquires for new franchises directly to the company's extensive network of area developers. Today's news follows several recent announcements the company has made concerning franchise and area developer agreements in Texas, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, Florida and Minnesota.

"Obee's area developers are the key to achieving the exponential growth," stated Peter Brown, OBFM President. "We have an established a franchising framework comprised of area developers throughout the U.S. Our next step is to support this network by driving a steady flow of inquiries for new franchises through our franchising pipeline." The core strategy behind the new marketing program calls for localized lead generation in each territory that flows through the company's website, www.obees.com for preliminary information fulfillment, then channels the new franchise leads for directly to the area developers for one to one presentations and sales closings. The company is currently developing regional newspaper ads, planning a 2008 franchising trade show schedule, and making website enhancements that include owner testimonials and video tours of obee's locations.

In the past month Obee's Franchising Systems, Inc. has made announcements concerning:

1. Texas – where Owsen Enterprises Inc., based in Irving, Texas has now started the process of selecting the site of its first metro-Dallas location.

2. Florida – in St. Lucie county where the company currently has one location and an agreement to build an additional 6 locations.

3. New Mexico – with area developers who have a 40 store development agreement for the entire the state of New Mexico.

4. Minnesota – where the area developer has an agreement to open of 23 obee's® soups, salads & subs restaurants in a twelve county area in the area of Minneapolis-St. Paul.

5. Pennsylvania- for a three county region of Westmoreland, Indiana and Cambria counties to have twenty locations.

To further the franchising drive, OBFM is also considering a limited time program that offers additional financial and compensation incentives to the area developers for each new franchise sale and restaurant location that is opened.
