Sandella's Signs Multi-Unit Franchise Deal in Illinois

October 31, 2007 // Franchising.com // - West Redding, CT - Sandella's Flatbread, the largest and fastest growing flatbread concept in the world recently closed a multi-unit franchising deal bringing six new restaurants to Illinois. 4th Day Holdings, Inc, the new Bloomington based franchisees, expect to open their first restaurants by next fall and are currently looking for real estate around Champaign/Urbana, Bloomington/Normal, Decatur, Peoria, East Peoria and Springfield.

Sandella's Flatbread has over 125 open locations across the United States and another 200+ in development. This will be the first venture into the "Land of Lincoln."
