Nothing But Noodles Opens in El Paso, Texas

November 12, 2007 // Franchising.com // Scottsdale, Ariz. – Noodles Development, LP today announced the opening of its 19th Nothing but Noodles restaurant in the east side of El Paso, Texas. The opening marks the first of six restaurants the company plans on opening within the next four months. Containing approximately 4,000 square feet and 144 seats, the new El Paso Nothing but Noodles is currently the largest store in the system.

"Our goal is to continuously open stores at the rate we are going right now," said President Todd Welker. "We want people everywhere to have the opportunity to experience our great food and service."

Store owner, Chuck Geddes owns one other Noodles restaurant on the west side of El Paso. He spent 20 years as an executive with a large pizza chain before deciding it was time to start his own business. He spent two years researching franchise opportunities before investing in the Nothing but Noodles concept.

"I kept hearing how far people were driving from across town to eat at my restaurant and decided it was time to open on the east side," said Geddes. "I eventually plan to open another location in Las Cruces as well."

Nothing but Noodles is the fresh alternative to fast casual dining, offering global taste selections from Asian Pad Thai and Beef Stroganoff to a variety of pan-seared soups, hand-tossed salads, and delectable desserts.
