Coldwell Banker Diamond will Add Landis' Two Philadelphia Area Locations to its Realty Group

POTTSTOWN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Coldwell Banker Diamond, Realtors®, a regional leader in the residential real estate industry, announced Tuesday that it has acquired two new residential real estate offices from the Lancaster, PA-based Coldwell Banker HomeSale family of companies.

Through this merger, two Philadelphia area Coldwell Banker HomeSale offices, known locally as Coldwell Banker Landis HomeSale, are now part of the Coldwell Banker Diamond business group. The two Landis offices are located in Collegeville, PA, and Malvern, PA. Both offices will remain opened during the transition and there will be no interruption of client services as a result of the merger.

Coldwell Banker Diamond will move two of its current locations, one in Chesterbrook and one in Phoenixville, into the acquired Malvern and Collegeville locations respectively.

"Since we already have CB Diamond offices in close proximity to the newly acquired offices, we'll be consolidating four offices to two," said Specht. "The Landis offices are state-of-the-art facilities and we want to make use of the space and location."

This merger is the most recent event in a year marked with growth and expansion for Coldwell Banker Diamond. Earlier this year Coldwell Banker Diamond launched Diamond Curbside Service, a technology that utilizes SMS technology to bring the MLS, or Multiple Listing Service, instantly to the cell phone of potential buyers. Coldwell Banker Diamond also recently launched an enhanced website, which provides every tool available for buyers to research listings and learn about market conditions.
