Friends And Family Enterprises, LLC Launches New Franchise Offerings

December 01, 2007 // Franchising.com // LANGHORNE, PA – Friends and Family Enterprises (FFE), LLC of Langhorne, PA recently announced that it is launching four new franchise offerings in addition to the current offering of its Friends and Family Pizza Buffet restaurants, which it has been doing since May 2007. The franchise offerings now include the following opportunities: Wholesale Distributor, Distributor Trade-Area Development, Restaurant Trade-Area Development, Non-Buffet Pizzeria Restaurant, and Pizza Buffet Restaurant.

FFE is currently seeking qualified franchisees in the northeastern part of the country – particularly in the following states: PA, NJ, DE, CT, WV, MA, VT, NH and NC. Many of the new franchise offerings allow franchisees the flexibility to work from home and on their own time, while still providing an opportunity for profitability.

Ken Kovalik, president of FFE, believes that this new strategy will create new opportunities for small business entrepreneurs to get involved on the ground floor of an expanding market. "Our franchise offerings now provide a number of choices for people who want to be their own boss and run their own business", says Kovalik. "For a total capital investment of less than $15,000, a person can start their own business in a growing industry by working part-time and while being based out of their home."

The launching of the new franchise initiatives comes about after FFE introduced its pizza fundraising division earlier this year– simply called Friends and Family Pizza. This new division works with fundraising organizations such as schools, athletic teams, community groups, etc. that need to raise money. The groups make their money by selling Friends and Family Pizza gourmet frozen pizzas and then they keep a portion of the sale's proceeds.

"We believe these new offerings will help our business grow faster", notes Kovalik. "In just the first week, we have already received inquiries from several potential franchisees who have an interest in over 10 distributor territories. If this is any indication of future franchise sales, protected territories will be secured quickly. Of course, we are excited about that!"

FFE established itself in the Philadelphia area in 2005 with the opening of its Friends and Family Pizza Buffet restaurant in Bristol, PA. Since then, FFE has opened a second restaurant in Mechanicsburg, PA.
