From Business Owner to ActionCOACH

December 10, 2007 // Franchising.com // - Del May has joined ActionCOACH as its newest business coach in Arizona.

May will be part of the firm operated under the territory of ActionCOACH Master Licensee, Sam Elkholy. Elkholy said May will be helping local business owners produce measurable results through coaching people one-on-one and conducting group coaching sessions.

May owned a small business selling tools in Arizona before joining the ActionCOACH firm. He ultimately decided to become a business coach because he wanted to utilize his experience as a small business owner to help his neighbors in Arizona prosper and grow their own businesses.

May just returned from the completion of his training in Las Vegas, NV with new coaches in attendance from all over the world.

"It was the right moment in my life to join ActionCOACH and become a coach," May said.

Elkholy is looking forward to working with May.

"Del has been a business owner, project manager, and purchasing manager. As an owner, Del was familiar with the challenges small business entrepreneurs encounter," he said. "He has a well-rounded background to coach clients to become successful."

Elkholy looks for a number of factors in potential business coaches. "A good candidate is someone who has a good balance between work and play. Most importantly, someone who is passionate about what he or she does," he said.

ActionCOACH is the world's number one business coaching franchise. Started by entrepreneur and CEO Brad Sugars in 1993, the company is one of the fastest growing franchises in the world, with more than 1,000 offices in 26 countries. To learn more, go to http://www.actioncoach.com
