Coverall Cleaning Concepts Appoints New COO Patrick Joyce

Former Procter & Gamble Exec Joins Commercial Cleaning Provider

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Coverall Cleaning Concepts, a leading commercial cleaning franchising organization, today announced the expansion of its executive team with the appointment of Patrick Joyce to serve as chief operating officer. Patrick Joyce has spent the past seven years in various group and global financial management positions with Procter & Gamble, and previously was an operations officer with the United States Marine Corps.

In his new post, Patrick Joyce is responsible for managing Coverall Cleaning Concepts sales and operations in all territories owned and operated by the company. He oversees all regional directors and regional vice presidents in those territories and also works directly with the corporate support staff to optimize business procedures, sales plans, marketing materials and other operational tools. He reports to Ted Elliott, President and CEO.

"The size of our organization requires a strong operations manager with vision, experience and the leadership to move everyone in the same direction," Elliott said. "Patrick Joyce has the skills and track record to help us strengthen the systems we have in place, leverage those systems to develop new business opportunities, and continue to enhance our leadership position in the industry."

"Coverall Cleaning Concepts is among the best-known brands in the commercial cleaning business, but the industry remains highly fragmented and therefore offers nearly unlimited growth opportunities," Patrick Joyce said. "The company is ideally positioned to target that open market space. All of my energies are now focused on sharpening our internal systems, exploring new business strategies, and otherwise meeting the challenge of driving the next phase of growth."

Patrick Joyce joined Procter & Gamble in 2000 and served successively as Group Finance Manager for Upstream Ventures with the Commercial Products Group, Global Financial Manager for Fabric Care, and Global Financial Manager for Snacks and Coffee. His accomplishments included new market development, negotiation of long-term contracts with retailers such as The Kroger Company and Wendy's International, and global short-term financial planning for divisions that sell well-known brands such as Tide, Downy, Bounce, Folgers and Pringles.

His previous experience includes seven years with the United States Marine Corps, where he rose from infantry platoon commander to operations officer for a recruit depot in San Diego. He was also employed by United States Surgical Corporation in a position that involved managing compliance and quality assurance initiatives with external vendors.

Patrick Joyce holds an MBA from the University of Kentucky and an undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina.
