ActionCOACH New Corporate Headquarters Arrives in Las Vegas

December 14, 2007 // Franchising.com // - ActionCOACH has opened its new corporate offices in nearly 6,000 square-feet of commercial space at 5781 South Fort Apache Road in Las Vegas, NV.

The new offices serve as the main hub for each of ActionCOACH's marketing, sales and training departments, and are staffed by more than 30 people.

The office interior was designed by the Las Vegas-based firm Parker Scaggiari, based on a contemporary theme. Visitors are greeted by a modern foyer that leads directly to a multi-media conference room, bordered on the outside by a faux grass putting green.

Sand boxes representative of sand traps line the inside and outside of the conference room, and carry a golf sporting theme through the space. It's just one of the many sports-oriented elements displayed throughout the headquarters.

"The décor equates business coaching with sports coaching – it's a good mix of both," Founder & CEO, Brad Sugar's said.

Work spaces flank the entry-way, and every wall is adorned with sports-themed memorabilia highlighting championship teams and individuals from both the United States and Australia, the latter representative of ActionCOACH's Aussie roots.

"The 'coaching' link between great sporting champions and our own work is important and we wanted to show it prominently throughout our work space," Brad Sugars added.

The eight week construction was completed over the summer and the entire global team was moved in by mid-September.

"The work of supporting the ActionCOACH global community begins and ends with having a central point of training, materials, marketing initiatives and leadership from our executive team," Sugars said. "The new headquarters makes it possible to bring all of these elements together. Now it's easier than ever to strategize, plan and implement a range of corporate initiatives for our Coaches."
