Spicy Pickle(R) Announces Two New Restaurant Openings

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - December 14, 2007) - Spicy Pickle® fast casual restaurants (OTCBB: SPKL) today announced two new restaurant openings in Arizona and Nevada.

The two new store openings mark the 34th and 35th store in the chain, and the first Spicy Pickle® Restaurant in the state of Arizona.

The first new restaurant is located at 3235 W. Ray Rd., in Chandler, AZ, part of the booming Greater Phoenix metropolitan area. Phone number is 480-786-4483. This location marks the first Spicy Pickle® Restaurant in Arizona, and is located in an open air mixed use development known as the Park at San Tan containing both retail and office space. The restaurant opened on December 11, 2007. Restaurant hours are 11:00 AM-8:00 PM seven days a week.

The second new location officially opened its doors for the public on Monday, December 3rd. It is located at 222 Los Altos Parkway, Sparks, NV 89436. Phone: 775-626-4111. Sparks, NV is a rapidly growing residential and commercial community on the northwest side of Reno and this marks the second Spicy Pickle® restaurant in the Reno area developed by the same franchisee. Restaurant hours are 11:00 AM-9:00 PM Mon-Sat., and 11:00 AM-6:00 PM on Sunday.
