His unit will be the fourth Navis Pack & Ship operating in the Chicago area and the 71st in North America.
For the past 12 years, Tourville has been chief administrator of a cardiology practice of 14 physicians in nearby Rockford, IL. With experience managing accounting, financial reporting, accounts receivable, marketing, information systems and human resources for 100 employees, he is well-qualified to step into business ownership.

Navis met everything that Tourville was seeking in his own business, he said, including the opportunity to stay in the Chicago area, a small number of employees to manage and a unique and interesting business that "isn't on every other corner."
