Actress and musician joins Jenny Craig to relay the message of a healthy lifestyle

The Oscar-nominated singer and actress will be the focal point of a new message for Jenny Craig – that of losing weight to improve one's health.

She wants to stay healthy and prevent the occurrence of this disease in her body. With a moderate reduction in body weight, and increased activity Latifah hopes to encourage others to join her in her mission to live a healthy lifestyle.
