UNITS Franchise Group, Inc. Recruits Two Seasoned Franchise Professionals to Executive Team Advisory Council

January 24, 2008 // Franchising.com // CHARLESTON, S.C. – UNITS Franchising Group, Inc., a leading franchise company in the mobile-storage industry offering highly innovative, affordable and convenient storage services, today announced the appointment of two seasoned franchise industry veterans, Linda and Victor Burzynski, to further propel growth of the brand in markets throughout the United States.

Linda, former Chief Executive Officer and President of Liberty Fitness Holdings, is responsible for advising Michael McAlhany, company Founder and President, and other executive team members on overall operations and strategic planning.

Victor, former Vice President of Operations for CMIT Solutions, will be the acting Director of Franchise Services responsible for assisting in day to day operations. With more than 23 years of experience in the franchise industry, Victor has served in franchise development and management roles for Interiors by Decoration Den and Molly Maids.

The husband and wife duo are highly regarded in the franchise industry. Linda has received numerous honors including the distinguished Bonnie Levine Award, an honor that recognizes individuals who further the cause of women in franchising, the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year award from the Minorities and Women Division of the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship. Most recently, she was elected to the Board of Directors of the International Franchise Association. Victor remains involved in the International Franchise Association and serves on the Minorities Committee. In addition, he has received his Certified Franchise Executive designation after advanced courses over several years outlined by the Educational Foundation of the IFA.

UNITS Franchising Group, Inc. is aggressively expanding its franchise base with plans to add more than 50 locations by 2010.
