SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clockwork Home Services today announced that it has officially exceeded the 400th franchisee benchmark within its portfolio of nationally branded home services companies. Currently, Clockwork holds 168 Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® franchises, 54 Mister Sparky Electrical® franchises and 184 One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating® franchises across the United States – for a total of 406 franchises.

The 400th franchisee was Mr. Brian McDermott, who purchased a Benjamin Franklin Plumbing franchise in December, 2007. The plumbing company's operations are located just outside of Cleveland, in North Royalton, Ohio. This is Mr. McDermott's second Benjamin Franklin Plumbing company – his first Ben Franklin Plumbing was purchased just over a year earlier in October of 2006. This second purchase extends his territory to cover all of Cleveland and the surrounding metropolitan area.
