Cousins Subs Reopens Midtown Market Location

January 28, 2008 // Franchising.com // Milwaukee, WI – Cousins Subs Systems, Inc. recently announced the reopening of its store located in Midtown Market on 56th Street in Milwaukee. Bob Otto, vice president of corporate operations for Cousins Subs, oversees all functions of the restaurant.

"Cousins' corporate is thrilled to be operating this store. It's in a great area – a regional mall that has been redeveloped over the last few years," said Otto. "We have great anchors including Lowe's and Wal-Mart, which gives this location unlimited potential for success."

The store has been revamped since it first opened three years ago. Renovations include an upgraded interior with a new décor and color palate, menu extensions and a blending of the exterior with the surrounding shopping center. The once franchisee-owned store, now owned by Cousins Subs corporate headquarters, was reopened due to popular demand from the community.

"Midtown Market is a premiere shopping area in a great neighborhood," Otto added. "We are very happy to be serving the local community once again."

The new store is located at 4121 N. 56th St. and can be reached by phone at 414.459.3706. To locate or contact any of the stores, please visit www.cousinssubs.com/stores. For more information on Cousins Subs store ownership and franchise development please call Kerry Espich at 800.238.9736.

About Cousins Subs
Cousins Subs is based in Milwaukee, Wis., and is a national sub sandwich chain with stores throughout the Midwest and on the West Coast. The tradition of Cousins Subs started in 1972, when two transplanted cousins from Atlantic City saw the need for an East coast–style sub shop in their new hometown. They patterned their subs after the hoagie, grinder, hero and sub sandwiches they enjoyed back East. And with a dedication to delivering quality subs at fair prices, they opened their first restaurant. From the start, the two used bread baked fresh every morning and insisted on using only the finest, freshest ingredients.
