Volvo Rents Owner Bill Ellis Named Supplier of the Year
January 28, 2008 // Franchising.com // (LANGHORNE, PA) – Bill Ellis, franchise owner of Volvo Rents stores at 1250 Wood Lane, and one in Somerville N.J., was recently named Supplier of the Year of the Associated Builders and Contractors' (ABC) Southeastern Pennsylvania chapter.
A three-year active member of the ABC, Ellis opened the Volvo Rents store in Langhorne in 2005 after spending 12 years working in institution equity sales on Wall Street.
The ABC is a national trade association representing over 23,000 general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and associates. The Southeast Pennsylvania Chapter of ABC represents more than 400 members throughout the Delaware Valley and is one of the leading chapters in the country. The Supplier of the Year award is given based on peer recognition.

Jeff Zeh, president and CEO of the ABC, said Ellis' active involvement in the chapter, notably his support of the organization's new apprenticeship training facility, stood out among award nominees.
