Jack Cox Appointed Chief Financial Officer for Weichert Family of Companies

February 12, 2008 // Franchising.com // MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. - James M. Weichert, president of Weichert, Realtors®, has announced that Jack Cox has joined the Weichert Family of Companies as senior vice president and chief financial officer.

In this key position, Cox assumes responsibility for the corporate infrastructure of the many Weichert real estate and financial services companies. This includes accounting and finance, legal, information technology and services, and records management. He is also charged with driving the strategic direction for the organization.

Before joining Weichert, Cox served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Dover-based Casio, Inc. In that position, he was responsible for all finance, accounting and operational and administrative functions for both the U.S. and Canadian operations.

Cox holds an advanced degree in Finance as well as being a Certified Public Account (CPA).
